Click Free could not be simpler. I just pluged it in and it did the rest. This is as easy as it gets. (My computer runs on XP).
Very easy to use. It does take a very long time to do a backup. I recommend doing it overnight. Don't know yet how easy it would be to actually have to use the backup.
This may not be a fair review as I thought this would have been easier to access individual files in a way that is more effeicient. Granted I have only played around a few times with it. I was thinking this was more like an external hardrive that doesn't have it's own software dictating how to use it.
I bought this product based on previous reviews and I am not disappointed. Unfortunately, Click Free did not function per the instructions right out of the box. In addition, the instructions did not help me to schedule the initial backup but the customer service was very informative and helpful. Now Click Free prompts me to back up my data per my requested schedule.
The hardest part was getting the product out of the package, and that was easy too. It was very simple to use and setup, the directions were easy to follow and it worked rather quickly. I have not had to access the backup files so I cannot be of help there but everything was saved fast and easy as far as I can tell.
